STAGES
-
CONCEPT COMMUNICATIONConduct two-way mutual communication meetings with customers to learn more about their special projects and meet their needs.
-
DESIGN DRAWING CONFIRMATIONOnce we receive the computer-aided design (CAD) drawings of the parts, we file and organize them. Our designers will communicate with customers to understand the production details required for product design drawings.
-
BUSINESS CONTRACTWe send out a bid order and come to an agreement with you. This will be beneficial for both of us to develop and define the expected scope of work (SOW) and to set up the master timeline for the production schedule.
-
FORGING MOLD DESIGN AND BUILDDuring the entire design process, we will carefully consider all aspects of how to forge the die, such as the level of machine pressure, the quality and quantity requirements of parts, and the characteristics of the material.
-
MOLD TRY OUTWe first try out the mold and has mold experts make necessary refinements. Next, we will run a sample test to ensure all part dimensions are within design tolerance. Then, our mold experts examine and make necessary refinements to the mold.
-
SAMPLE VERIFICATIONAfter testing the mold, show the sample to the customer so that the customer can confirm the quality of the sample.
-
MASS PRODUCTIONOnce the products meet the quality requirements, we will launch the mass production as scheduled
